Well it is getting close now! We are so excited and
hope you are too. Practice, practice, practice. Please don’t miss
class unless it is an emergency. Class attendance is very important to everyone. I am
so proud of you, remember smile and have fun that is what it is all about.
Picture Date: Saturday, March 20th at the Dance Studio
from 9:00am. till……. We will start taking appointments on March 1st. Jan Bus Design
is the photographer. The picture set includes 1-8x10, 2-5x7, 8-wallets, cost is $28.00.
We will pose each student for their picture.
Tickets Go On Sale: March 1st each student is required to purchase a
set of tickets to be in the recital. The deadline to purchase the set is April 2nd .
You may choose the set that best fits your needs. Set A= 2 adult, 2 child $32----
Set B= 3 adult, 1 child $34------ Set C= 4 adult $38. Individual tickets
cost as follows-- adult $10, child $7, children 2 & under are free. Also students performing in the
recital do not need a ticket. As you see the sets are discounted so pre-plan your family needs.
Only 2 sets per family at the discounted price additional tickets can be purchased at individual prices.
Tickets will also be on sale at the door the night of the recital.
Picture In the Program: On display at the studio are programs from past recitals.
You can view and use to sell an ad. If you want your child’s pictures in the program the cost
is $50 for ¼ page. Many businesses are interested in purchasing the ad with your child’s picture.
The price is reasonable and it is tax deductible. It makes the business look good to support the
youth of our community in their activities. Most students do purchase an ad. Many parents
or grandparents purchase one for their child. Whatever you would like to do find a business to sponsor
your child or buy the ad yourself. This is not required it is offered for your enjoyment, but as you can see from the past
years program books many students do purchase an ad. The deadline for purchasing an ad is April 2nd.
Find your ad form on the website www.juliesdance.net , or pick one up at the studio. Fill out and return with your payment. You can use
the black and white picture the photographer includes free with your set, or a picture of your own. Don’t
forget the deadline is April 2nd.

Visitor’s Week: March 22nd – March 26th. You are welcome to watch your child’s
class (es). Also due to the studio’s small dance space and parking we asked that only 2 visitors per family
attend and please ride together. Don’t forget to bring your video camera.
Recital T-Shirts: This will be a prepaid order.
Adults $14.50 and Child $12.50. Taking orders now.
Spring Break: We will be closed for Spring Break April 5th –
9th. Enjoy!
